      • Job duties:

       

      1. Creating network of marketing and sell unit
      2. Setting up the technical sector of the company
      3. Communicating with foreign partners in order to choose and initiating the cooperation.
      4. Resource allocation considering the reports and market situation
      5. Managing projects and other technical issues
      6. Human resource management including choosing managers, employees and staff.
      7. Conducting technical seminars in order to educate and train experts
      8. Leading Pacific Smart Buildings Ltd.’s projects in Canada and manage the Company’s employees
      9. Analyze operations to evaluate the performance of Pacific Smart Buildings Ltd. and its personnel in meeting objectives and to determine areas of potential cost reduction, program improvement, or policy change.
      10. Develop the strategic plans for sales and marketing and managing the brand of the Company
      11. Oversee the planning, development, and execution of Pacific Smart Buildings Ltd.’s marketing and advertising initiatives
      12. Generate revenue by increasing sales through successful marketing for the entire product range
      13. Lead market research, pricing, product marketing, advertising, and public relations resources, and teams
      14. Oversee the activities of marketing team aimed at producing various types of digital and print materials.
      15. Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess performance against goals.

      17. Provide leadership, direction, and resources sure positive allocation of funds.
      18. Responsible for sales management, business development, and distribution channel management. to the sales department to secure new clients and expand opportunities within the current client base.
      19. Oversee the day-to-day creation of sales strategies, study sales numbers, and assess how successful sales strategies are in the business.
      20. Set departmental KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of the sales initiatives.
      21. Maintain contact with the affiliate company in Iran to ensure service quality needs are met and to facilitate the transfer of knowledge between Pacific Smart Buildings Ltd. and the affiliate company.

      • Wage: CAD $54.65/hour for 34 hours of work per week.

      • Skills requirements:

       

      • Must be the majority owner of the company.
      • Good working knowledge of AutoCAD- ICDL – ETS4 – ETS5 – EPLAN
      • Familiar with: BMS, PMS and GRMS system
      • Expertise with BACnet, LON and DALI protocols.
      • Management and technical knowledge for designing and setting up BMS systems related to the business.
      • Good working knowledge of Knx based systems

              

      • Required education:
        • A Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering is preferred but not required.
        • Tutor Advance and basic Knx certification is preferred but not required.

       

      • Required work experience:
        • Substantial senior managerial experience.
        • Experience owning and managing a company is preferred.
        • At least 6 years of work experience in both the smart home and building management industries.
